We develop a customized consulting and training program and processes for all departments. We encourage an atmosphere of accountability, providing coaching and on-going monitoring to ensure your success.  Ensure that your front line service employees are well-trained, customer-oriented and able to maximize the opportunities presented to them. Our individualized training plans and one-on-one coaching approach has been extremely successful in dealerships across the country.  Don't have time to train and mentor your Sales Consultants or Service Advisors? We can be there, one on one, coaching, training and providing feedback. Telephone skills training with one-on-one coaching is also available.

CERTIFICATION REVIEWS & AUDITS

Need someone to prepare your documents for a certification review? We can do it! Your personnel can be involved as much (or as little) as you wish.  Having a warranty audit?
